We are happy to arrange custom expeditions, but encourage you to call early with your preferred dates. We will provide itineraries, personal checklist, and general trip information upon registration. Early reservations are highly recommended to ensure your place on the trip of your choice. Reservations require a 50% deposit with the balance due 60 days before departure. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before departure receive a refund less $100.00 service charge per person. Cancellations made after that will result in forfeiture of the total trip fee. We reserve the right to make changes to the trek itinerary as local conditions may dictate to ensure the groups' safety and well being. We also reserve the right to cancel any trip if necessary and will refund all fees.
